Project Description:

The project intended to target men and women in Hamdaniah, Qaraqosh and Bartala supported in the area of livelihood and social cohesion trying to link livelihood activities with social cohesion within the project and to increase their participation in the field of expressing themselves, ways of finding suitable solutions and convergence of views to consolidate the concepts of religions diversity acceptance of the others and acquiring skills to reduce tensions through effective ways aimed to promote the co-existence of all components in two regions.

The project has different approaches and activities such as: ‘Supporting 8 small business start-up for eight families, Alternative to Violence Training for 20 participants, English Language Training Course for 20 girls, Several sessions on dialogue and mediation for religious leaders, governmental institutions, authorities and people from diverse communities’.
