The project aims to promote gender equality for minority women by activating their roles in decision-making positions and running administrative positions in the future. Also, the action aims to empower women to make decisions by building and developing their capabilities and increasing their knowledge of the concept of leadership, gender equality, dialogue, and advocacy. Additionally, to activate the role of local government in promoting gender equality by holding dialogue roundtables.
