It is incredibly challenging to be both a mother and a woman in a leadership role. The struggle of leaving our children at home while carrying the weight of work responsibilities often comes with a sense of guilt. We try our best to find balance amidst criticism and blame from those around us. Despite these challenges, we persist with positivity, striving to be creative in our endeavors. Supporting one another is crucial. As mothers, our maternal instincts are beautiful, and it’s our right to be there for our children while excelling in our roles. I take immense pride in being a mother to three wonderful kids, and here’s a sweet moment with my little Maya visiting me at the office.
