Empower Her: Empowering Women in Sinjar through Agriculture
In partnership with CARE Iraq and funded by Aktion Deutschland Hilft, Dak Organization is proud to offer hands-on training in advanced agricultural techniques to 50 women from Sinjar who have recently returned to their communities.
The training includes innovative practices like “planting in bags,” conservation agriculture, and climate-smart irrigation, along with workshops on producing value-added products such as tomato paste, pickles, jams, dried figs, and olive oil.
