As part of the 16 days of activism campaign to combat violence against women, Dak Organization Center in Sinjar, Sinune conducted various activities, including

•  An overview of the project that the organization is implementing in partnership with Care Iraq, its most important objectives, the areas targeted, and its most important services.
• Explaining GBV to the participants and showing some videos.
• A speech by one of the Yazidi survivors who was subjected to the most types of violence, she talked about her suffering and what she was exposed, and stressed in her words the importance of continuing to work in order to defend her cause and rights.
• Explaining the activities of the 16 days of activism and when they began.
• Balloons were launched with slogans denouncing violence against women written on them.
• Distributing roses to participants by the staff.
• Honoring a survivor with a gift.
